Where can I return my packages?
You can drop off a prepared return at a convenient UPS location, including participating The UPS Store locations, or schedule a UPS pickup for an additional fee.
Do I need a box or tape to return a package at The UPS Store?
It depends on the return instructions provided by the retailer. Some returns can be brought to The UPS Store without a box or label, while other returns need to be packaged, sealed and labeled before drop-off. If packaging is required, The UPS Store offers boxes, tape and professional packing services for purchase.
Can The UPS Store print my return shipping label from an email?
If your return requires a printed label, check the instructions provided by the retailer. UPS also offers mobile barcode options at participating UPS locations for eligible returns, so you may be able to have the label printed by presenting the barcode instead of printing it at home.
How do I use a mobile QR code to return my package?
Bring your item and QR code to the location specified in your return instructions. Present or scan the code to process your return. Packaging requirements vary by return program, so check the retailer's instructions before you go.
Are there fees associated with refusing a delivery or returning a package to the sender?
Fees vary. Return shipping, pickup, packaging or return-to-sender services may have charges, so check your retailer’s return policy and applicable UPS terms.
