Quantum View administrators can invite authorized users to access shared account information and functionality. Each user must have an individual profile that is connected to the Quantum View account.
- Adding an Authorized User to an Existing Account-- The account administrator can invite an existing user to access shared information or create a new user that is automatically connected to the account through Quantum View administration.
- Associating an Account to an Existing User Profile-- A user can associate an existing account to their own profile by linking the existing account to their wallet. The account owner will need to provide invoice details or a one-time passcode for authentication.
Yes. Multiple users can be granted visibility to the same UPS accounts or shipments, depending on assigned privileges.
Users can see shared shipping information after they are added to the account. Shipping history can only be seen by users who had account access at the time of the shipment being processed.
During onboarding, administrators can configure:
- Outbound shipment visibility
- Inbound shipment visibility
- Third‑party shipment visibility
- Alert and notification preferences
